- Freelap SA provides a limited international warranty for Freelap products.
- Freelap SA warrants to the original consumer/purchaser of the Freelap product that the product is free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, except for silicone or plastic wristbands, which are subject to a warranty period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty does not cover the battery, normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents or failure to follow the precautions for use, improper maintenance, commercial use, broken or scratched cases/screens, textile armbands or textile or leather wristbands, elastic belts or straps, for example heart rate sensor chest straps, or Freelap clothing.
- The warranty does not cover any direct or indirect damages, losses, expenses or costs, whether general, consequential or special, caused by or related to the product. The warranty does not cover products purchased second-hand.
- During the warranty period, the device will either be repaired or replaced by an authorized Freelap central after-sales service center, regardless of the country of purchase.
- The warranty issued by Freelap SA does not affect consumers’ legal rights under applicable national or federal legislation, nor consumers’ rights against the reseller in relation to disputes arising from purchase and sale contracts. You must keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
- The warranty covering any product is limited to the countries in which that product is sold by Freelap SA.
- The full warranty terms can be found in the user manual.
